The responsible party is required to complete the booking information off of our website once models have been put (on avail) for specific dates. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THE BOOKING FORM. A photo copy of the responsible party’s driver’s license must be faxed to AC PRODUCTIONS at (909) 829-7568. The responsible party must also fax a signature of approval on our confirmation invoice to complete our booking process. A 25% deposit is mandatory for all new clients. A 30% deposit is required upfront from clients based out of the country. The remaining balance is due within 10 days after the job completion. |
