What sets our Scholarship Program apart from all the others? We put a face on each and every recipient, so you know exactly who received your donated scholarship money. Our process is clear; connect you with a Latina Student who might have something in common with you. Could it be anymore simple? Whether its someone that lives in the same state, county, city, is of the same religion, is an alumni of your school, has the same major, or maybe you just like her smile. If you've been thinking about doing something good for someone, think no more the time is NOW! Statistics are claiming that by the year 2050 1 out of every 4 people living in the U.S. will be of Latin decent. If Latina students who need financial assistance are ever going to become the next civic leaders, entrepreneurs, or head of corporations they'll need your help. Our minimum scholarship donation is $100.00 (all scholarship money is tax deductible). (If you would rather donate money to our General Scholarship Fund and let LATINAS inc.com distribute the funds that's O.k. too). Our Criteria for Latinas Attaining a Scholarship: They must be Latina (of course) and living in the U.S. Have at least a 3.0 GPA Americans are always looking to help others in need, however most of us would like to do more than indiscriminately give a twenty dollar bill to our place of worship every Sunday (not that it's wrong) but we never get to see where the money finally ends up.
